What happens if I am not at home?
Don't worry, most of our items will fit in your letterbox if they are small enough. If not, your postman will leave a calling card, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.

I provided the wrong address, what should I do?
Do not worry. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at contact@looxea.com, and we will be happy to update your information. However, once an order has left our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Is your website secure?
Our website is 100% secure. We use HTTPS encryption (look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar) to protect all your personal data. Unlike many sites, we secure every single page on our store. For payments, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are the industry leaders in secure online transactions.
